Some customers may have been unable to send envelopes during the affected time period.
Due to a bug in a third-party tool used for feature management, an API version mismatch resulted in certain DocuSign features becoming unavailable for a subset of customers.
Following a manual modification in feature management tooling, the issue was resolved, and users regained the ability to send. Our internal processes have been updated to address the version mismatch issue. The third-party tool is also being updated to prevent this issue from occurring again.
