CLM NA21 customers may have observed varying operations failing at 02:14 PM UTC for 21 minutes. This includes failures rendering pages in the UI, authentication errors, workflow requests and executions, document generation, preview generation, and other document manipulation operations.
A planned change to infrastructure led to unforeseen interruption of application services that support core product functionality. The impact was not anticipated at the time of execution, however the issue was identified and mitigated swiftly to avoid any further impact to system performance and service reliability.
The impacting change was halted, and application services were restored. Execution procedures are under review to help ensure preventions are in place prior to any further actions on the infrastructure.
